Naked to the Bone 1

Diluted China ink.

So, these are fast paintings of a very patient model. However, the poses are not as exciting as with a living model.^^

I love the fact that you can layer the China ink to get lighter and darker areas if it’s diluted. It was quite fun. πŸ™‚

  1. Very cool! I agree that it’s a nice effect how the ink layers, especially where it makes it look like you are seeing through to the bones. The translucent quality is great, and at first glance I thought the post was a photo of 3-dimensional sculptures.
